N2 - The design of a 3D-printed wideband hyperbolic lens antenna covering the complete Ka-band is presented in this work. The designed lens is totally flat as it is derived after an optic transformation. The lens was constructed using a 3D printer with ABS filaments that were characterized with respect to its infill percentage. Different strategies for the manufacturing will be evaluated.
