Abstract

We considered a Chern-Simons thory (CS) in a 0 - 1 space-time dimensions to study the dynamic properties that are generated when a system has nonreversible simplectyc form in some regions of the phase space. This characteristics is usually found in Chern-Simons systems of odd dimensions greate r than three (D < 3).
