Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic poses important questions to the concept of citizenship, if the tensions generated among the limits of the public and the private, and the micro-political besides macro-political exercise during the health crisis are considered. This raises the question about the effects of the immune processes applied by the national -States to the bodies of individuals and from them review the conflicts that underlie these tensions to distinguish their impact between what happens to individual and collective bodies.
