Abstract

The aim of this article is to define cyberterrorism. With that in mind, the first part of this article analyzes the notion of terrorism, a broad category to which the species “cyberterrorism” belongs. The second part of this article is about determining the scope of the term cyberterrorism, and presenting the challenges that this creates in a global and technologically interconnected world.
