Geofilosofía de la ciudad para pensar más allá del organismo

In this proposal we explore the "an-organic" understanding of the city from the idea of Geophilosophy of Deleuze and Guattari, from the idea of politics of Jacques Rancière, and from the understanding of body of Xavier Zubiri. The idea of organism governs the history of metaphysic as well as the understanding of the architecture and the politic of the city. This study helps us to understand the difference between two opposite ideas and uses of the space: "striated space" and "smooth space"; and to understand the difference between "subjectivation processes" and "subjectivity creation". We start from a non-organic conception of body. We propose a somatic conception of body rather than an interpretation of the organism. The idea of organism in architecture, works trying to produce identities. On the contrary, the uses of the space present the possibility of creation of subjectivities beginning from the body, proposing heterogeneity as a social form conceived to build the city, dislocating the imposed homogeneous order. Finally, in order to propose a dislocated architecture, we draw on the ideas of the artist Gordon Matta Clark who tries to dissolve the forms of the organism to create a "becoming city".
