Abstract
In this article we aim to explore the act of aesthetic creation in John Tavener (1944-2013) following the conception of logic of sensation of Gilles Deleuze (1925-1995) and the idea of body of Xavier Zubiri (1898-1983). We believe that by putting the concepts by both philosophers together it will be possible to understand the experience of the sonic vibration proposed by the sacred art in the Music of the Anglo-Saxon composer. Our methodology was to study the work of the musician Tavener and analyze his logic of sound used to compose. From there, compare such logic with the conception of matter in Zubiri and with the logic sensation of Deleuze.
