Abstract

This paper analyzes several interpretive problems that have arisen with regard to the application of the rule of repetition of offenses of the same kind, of Article 351 of the Chilean Criminal Procedure Code, and suggests how they mustbe solved. It also analyzes some cases of repeated offenses of the same kind that are subjected to special rules.
