A method for correcting the tilt and quadratic phase aberration of the reconstructed wavefield in digital holographic microscopy is proposed. The tilt aberration, induced by the tilt reference wave, is adjusted by calculating the coordinate origin of the hologram frequency domain and the quadratic phase aberration is compensated by calculate the curvature radio of the object wavefront at hologram plane. Both, the coordinate origin and curvature radio are calculated by determining the exact position of back focal plane of the objective lens. To correct the reconstructed wavefront from the classical methods of Angular Spectrum and Simple Fourier Transform the proposed is applied. The method is experimentally verified.
