Abstract

Background: Today, agile methodologies (MA) enjoy great popularity, however, there are not many papers that show in recent years the incorporation of requirements traceability in MA. Goal: This study aims to analyze the way in which MA face scenarios of changes in requirements and if there is evidence of incorporation of traceability requirements in the MA. Method: A Systematic Mapping of the Literature was carried out to obtain a visualization regarding the scientific contributions existing in this subject. Result: We recovered a total of 20 primary studies, which we classified according to four criteria: process, tools, models and revisions. The increase in the number of publications in recent years shows the attractiveness of the subject. Conclusions: The results obtained allow us to draw important conclusions that will help to conduct future research on this topic. The formalization of AgileRE could help the incorporation of requirements traceability.
