N2 - This paper aims to present the analysis of the discourse about justice in terms that is used to address people, as well as to present and give context at a regional level, of the advances and achievements that plain language can give to facilitate the access to justice. This work deals with the right to comprehend; then, it is explained what we call the "turn" to the citizen; later, a revision of experiences of plain language Latin America, including its relevance regarding Latin American justice. Mainly addressing the contributions related to the writing of judicial decision, as traditional document in the judicial field. Finally, some conclusions on these matters are addressed.
