Abstract

Nowadays, where software features such as usability and security are considered ideal, there are currents that at the same time consider these two qualities as adverse, as increasing the standards of one, the other tends to decrease. It is because of the above that it is important to evaluate the usability characteristics in software that focus its operation in the area of information security, through a measurement instrument such as the evaluation heuristic, in order to know the level of usability In this type of software.
