Resumen
A pilot user study was conducted for evaluating methodologies for business process architecture design. We adapted the Method Evaluation Model for assessing these kind of methodologies in terms of perceived and actual usefulness and ease of use, as well as intention to use. The study allowed to compare two methodologies and evaluate them individually. Also, we found that usefulness was the most relevant aspect when predicting their use in practice.
